James has 26 combined years of commercial real estate experience in Oklahoma City. In 1995, during the earliest days of Oklahoma City's rebirth, James started a local Commercial Real Estate Newspaper and Magazine and became an expert in the local real estate market, literally writing the book on commercial real estate in OKC. Not much was going on then but the newbie fell in love with the spirit and integrity of the community. He worked closely with commercial brokers, investors, business and civic leaders. 10 years later he used his unique market knowledge and passion for the OKC commercial real estate market and started his commercial real estate career. He has spent over the past 15 years gaining vast experience in a variety of transaction types with his favorite being Investment Properties and other creative projects. He went out on his own and created a small boutique firm specializing in Off-Market Investment Properties and Tenant/Buyer Representation. 

 His goal is to use his market knowledge and expertise to match Buyers and Sellers using ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY
